Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with your service.  Our house sold for a price that we are happy with and in less than 2 months.  We listed our house at a bad time of year and in a slow housing market.  With these factors, we expected a sale to take at least 6 months. 

When we first put our home on the market we wanted to sell it ourselves but had no idea what to do.  We decided to get some signs and put it in the paper, but we had absolutely no response. 

My wife was working at a booth at the home improvement show and picked up a flyer for Billingsbyowner.com.  We decided for the cost we would have to at least try it.  As soon as we contacted billingsbyowner we immediately were given the signs(with flyer box) and we didn't even have to place them.  We are not very good with computers, but the website made it very easy to put the pictures on and add extras photos.(always remember people love pictures, so the more the better (hint)).  We decided to have our first open house and had a huge turn out. The first week we had three offers.  While we were hashing out the original offers we decided to have a second open house and put an ad in the newspaper, but we forgot to put the open house on the website.  We only had one person show up and they said they saw the house on the web site and wondered if they could just drive by.

We finally had the battle of the offers end and had our house sold in about 45 days.  We always have realtors asking us how hard it was and how we lost out on the extra money, but there were 3 other homes like ours for sale by realtors at the same time and they still have not sold. So not only did our home sell faster, but we save thousands on the realtor fees.  I would recommend billingsbyowner.com to anyone who is looking to sell there home and save thousands.
